Looking to get into the Insurance industry or already working in Insurance and keen to make a move and grow your career? Clark James Insurance are working closely with a rapidly growing insurance broker offering a wide range of high quality insurance products. Due to the success of previous trainees, they are currently looking to recruit 2 new joiners to join the busy team as a trainee Insurance account handler. Previous successful graduates of the training programme include people who have worked in larger Motor Dealers, Estate agency, Retail, Banks and Finance, Travel and Tourism.

The role offers an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to start and develop their career in the commercial insurance industry. Equally this position would suit someone with an amount of Insurance knowledge looking to further their career within this buoyant market.

Your training program will teach the company’s core values and customer focus, sales, and negotiation, how to handle all aspects of the insurance business and how to deal directly with clients and insurance companies.

The successful candidate will need: -

  • Sales acumen
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literate, including MS office packages
  • Attention to detail and good understanding of time management controls
  • A positive can-do approach and good team working skills

It’s unfortunately not suitable for fresh school leavers as you will need to have some relevant work experience please.
