Insurance Litigation Associate

They are seeking a talented Associate to join their team based in their London office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support complex insurance and reinsurance litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and assist in the development of case strategies.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to provide strategic advice and solutions.
• Represent clients in court, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution forums.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance and reinsurance regulations and industry trends.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.

Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in insurance or reinsurance litigation.
• Strong academic background with excellent research and writing skills.
• A proven track record of working on complex litigation matters.
• Experience in handling insurance and reinsurance disputes, including coverage disputes, liability claims, and regulatory matters.
• Knowledge of insurance and reinsurance industry practices and regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A commitment to delivering top-quality legal services and a client-focused approach.
