Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:
The main role of the job includes line management and support for Transactional Claims Analysts, assisting the Transactional Claims Manager, ensuring delivery of team's day-to-day activities, enhancing team capacity and capabilities, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring adherence to KPIs.

Autonomy in Decision Making:
The job involves monitoring workload, managing team performance, resolving conflicts, and escalating issues when necessary.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Motivating, supporting, and developing team members through effective line management.
  • Securing and delivering the team's BAU activities.
  • Collaborating with wider operational teams.
  • Supporting any additional Transactional Claims Team (TCT) requests as required.

Knowledge and Experience Required:

  • People management skills.
  • Technical knowledge of reinsurance and/or insurance claims handling.
  • Familiarity with relevant systems.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and professionalism.
  • Self-motivation, willingness to learn, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and demonstrate integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £37,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
