Our innovative telecomms client is seeking a creative and driven Instructional Designer to join their dynamic team and make a real impact in the world of telecommunications, ideal candidates will want to take risks and push boundaries! 

As the Instructional Designer, you'll be the key behind crafting immersive learning journeys that empower employees and senior leaders with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in the ever-changing landscape. From designing engaging e-learning modules to creating interactive training materials, you'll be at the forefront of driving learning excellence across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop innovative learning solutions tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Manage multiple projects within timelines and with a commercial outlook. 
  • Create visually stunning and interactive e-learning courses using industry-leading tools and technologies.
  • Leverage your creativity to transform complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.

About you:

  • Proven experience in instructional design, preferably within the telecomms or technology sector.
  • Proficiency in e-learning tools.
  • Ability to collaborate and mentor the team. 
  • Strong visual design skills with desire to take risks and be boldly creative! 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across all departments.
  • Passion for learning and sharing innovative ideas.
