Installations Coordinator
My client is seeking an Installations Coordinator to join their business located in the Northampton area. The Installations Coordinator’s role will be to support my clients’ customers both internal and external as well as being responsible for booking installations and arranging service calls on my client’s products. In addition, the installations coordinator will be speaking with customers on a daily basis so having strong customer service skills is a must!
Installations Coordinator Package:
- £25,000 - £27,000.
- Remote working but needs to be located around the Northampton area.
- Monday - Friday.
Installations Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Insuring a smooth installations rollout for new customers.
- Supporting external contractors.
- Working with other areas of the business.
- Average of 250 emails/ calls handled per day.
- Keeping daily management accurate.
Installations Coordinator Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner is essential!
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as ability to adapt to bespoke software packages.
- Quick learner with ability to maintain knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure with a "can do" attitude.
- Able to prioritise work effectively.

- Great people and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail is essential.
