We are now looking for a proactive and self-driven Installation Scheduler to join our vibrant Installations team.

What will you do as an Installation Scheduler?

As an Installation Scheduler at FullFibre, you'll be the linchpin in our operations, ensuring that installation appointments are seamlessly coordinated to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will revolve around meticulously planning and organising appointments, liaising with both customers and field engineers, and maintaining clear communication channels to guarantee a smooth installation process. 

You'll be directly contributing to bridging the digital divide and empowering communities with the connectivity they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule installation appointments efficiently, balancing customer and engineer availability.
  • Monitor and support field engineers to ensure timely completion of appointments.
  • Maintain open communication with customers, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Minimise failed installations by demonstrating diligence and proactive problem-solving.
  • Accurately record installation details and handle customer complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with the Installations Manager, providing updates and administrative support as needed.
  • Undertake various tasks to support the smooth operation of the installations department.

We are looking for someone who...

  • Is based a commutable distance from our Derby office.
  • Has previous experience in a customer service-oriented role.
  • The ability to thrive under targets and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • A high level of empathy and adaptability.
  • Is proficient with IT, particularly in Excel.
  • Has a willingness to learn and can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
