An exciting opportunity has arisen with a Legal 500 firm for an Insolvency Solicitor to join their dynamic and supportive team in Reading.
Seeking candidates with 1-5 years PQE who exhibit drive and a proactive mindset with a minimum of 1 years experience within Insolvency. Hybrid working, bonus and much more on offer!
Experience/Qualifications:
- Previous hands-on experience in Insolvency & Corporate Recovery, representing Insolvency Practitioners, lenders, and private clients.
- Ideally, a blend of contentious and non-contentious expertise across corporate and personal insolvency matters.
- Advocacy experience is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Manage a diverse caseload under the guidance of the Partner, ensuring efficient progress of files.
- Provide supervisory support to junior team members.
- Engage in business development activities and attend relevant events.
- Possess a positive and ambitious demeanor.
- Thrive in time-sensitive situations while maintaining effectiveness.
