JOB TITLE:        Insolvency Solicitor
EXPERIENCE:   4 - 6 years’ PQE
LOCATION:      Greater Manchester
SALARY:          On application

•The appointed solicitor will serve as a representative for clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation, consistently advocating for their interests.

•You will advise clients on restructuring strategies and insolvency proceedings, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

•The successful candidate must possess the ability to manage contentious cases and/or transactions concerning restructuring and insolvency. You'll offer clients customised solutions to address their requirements, encompassing restructuring strategies and insolvency procedures.

•The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years’ PQE and experience in Restructuring & Insolvency law.
