Insolvency (Commercial Disputes) Senior Associate - Top 100 Firm - HYRBID/FLEXIBLE WORKING About the Role: Join a top 100 firm's Commercial Dispute Resolution team in a role focusing on Restructuring & Insolvency. This position offers a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, providing an excellent opportunity for professional growth. Responsibilities: * Provide strategic advice to clients on insolvency matters. * Handle both contentious and non-contentious cases. * Mentor and develop junior team members. Criteria: * Strong technical expertise in insolvency and restructuring law. * Experience representing diverse clients including insolvency practitioners, corporate entities, and individuals. * Proficiency in various insolvency processes. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. * Proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
