THE ROLE:
This leading law firm is looking for a Lawyer to join their busy and growing commercial disputes team, with the opportunity to assist senior members of the team with their varied and wide-ranging practice encompassing corporate entities and individuals. The role will encompass a mix of contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency work, providing guidance on administrations and receiverships, members’ voluntary liquidations, managing CLVs, as well as handling CVAs, Schemes of Arrangement, and Part 26A restructuring plans.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have at least 1-3 years’ PQE and exhibit a strong understanding of contentious insolvency and restructuring law, coupled with a keen interest in evolving case law. You should thrive in high-pressure environments, be adept at planning and prioritising tasks without compromising attention to detail. Additionally, you should excel in collaborative work, fostering effective partnerships with lawyers and support staff to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
