I am recruiting for a Boutique Insolvency and Restructuring firm for their London Office. The firm is known for its insolvency work in the market but has recently began growing the advisory side of the business and they are looking for a Case progression Manager to come on board to assist with the vast number of insolvency cases they currently have.

The firm is a multi-award-winning firm, with recent accolades being Corporate Restructuring Firm of the Year in 2020 and 2021.

The Role:

The successful applicant will be an experienced and driven Insolvency professional with extensive experience in an Insolvency/Recovery practice.

You will be responsible for a several insolvency procedures that IPs at the firm have already been appointed on. You will be in charge of the team that is progressing these 6 months after the appointment until closure. This role offers exposure to a range of industries. Often you will be exposed to complex and international cases and have the chance to home in on your people management and client facing skills.

This role will be a heavily focused client-facing position, so we are looking for someone who is confident and has excellent communication skills.

The position will involve managing multiple workloads at once so good project management skills are key. You will also need excellent organisational and time management skills to be able to work effectively under pressure and to a deadline.

Requirements:

  • 5 + Years Insolvency/Restructuring Experience
  • Portfolio Management (liquidation, Bankruptcies)
  • Contingency planning and or cashflow forecasting
  • Experience working on Admins, Liquidations, Bankruptcies
