Insight Manager - Qual focus

The Company:
This company specialises in social impact research with a specific focus on Education, Young People, and Communities. Their main mission is to provide young people with the skills and opportunities to thrive through educational content.

The Opportunity:
This consultancy firm are looking for an Insight Manager to join their growing research and strategy team. You will help create bespoke programmes and campaigns for leading brands, government, charities and partners, it is roughly a 50/50 split between govt/charities and working with brands.

You will be hands-on with qual fieldwork, conducting face-to-face focus groups, workshops, interviews, and ethnography. You will work with children and young people, often in school settings. Experience conducting youth research is highly desired, as well as knowledge of education policy.

About you:
If you are passionate about social impact and youth development then this is the role for you. You need to have at least 3 years + hands on qual moderating experience, they are open to an SRE looking to step up into a Research Manager role or somebody already at that level.

Salary & Benefits:
£40,000 - £43,000 per annum. This is a fully remote role and a remote first company. There may be very occasional meetings in London.
