THE COMPANY:

This is a leading provider of personal finance and advice across financial services, to be able to best advise their customers and ensure that their clients are well supported, too. They truly value data and understanding their customers to the best of their ability.

Currently partnered with some of the largest retailers around the globe, this company's analytics team works to ensure that clients have the right data to inform their decisions and processes.

THE ROLE:

You can expect to be involved in:

• Work with SQL and Excel to provide analysis on customer behaviour and segments to understand who is at risk and who to target when
• Analysing financial data to understand collections performance and the cost to the business.
• Work with stakeholders across the business to present insights and trends.
• Communicating needs with the wider business and ensuring dashboards are delivered for these needs.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• strong technical skills in SQL for data analysis, handling large data sets
• analytical mindset for crunching numbers and finding insights
• ideally experience in collections, having shared insights into financial data
• excellent communications for stakeholder engagement and insight delivery
