Exciting Career Opportunity: Internal Account Manager

Our client thrives on innovation and commitment to excellence. They are currently seeking an energetic and results-driven Internal Account Manager to join their dynamic sales team. This position offers a great opportunity to engage with a mix of both existing clients and new prospects within the IT and technology sector.

What You’ll Do: As the Internal Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of our business. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Generating new customer leads and managing sales cycles from initiation to post-sale follow-up.
  • Reviving and nurturing dormant accounts, transforming them into active revenue streams.
  • Sustaining and expanding relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Actively engaging with our database to generate and convert leads.
  • Preparing accurate quotations and delivering product literature to clients.
  • Collaborating with the external sales team to provide seamless client support.
  • Addressing and resolving customer issues regarding pricing, supply, and product selection.
  • Maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Updating and managing price lists and ensuring timely order processing.

Who You Are:

  • You have at least two years of experience in sales, ideally within the IT or technology sector.
  • You possess excellent commercial awareness and understand the factors that impact profitability.
  • Your communication skills are impeccable, and you present yourself professionally in all customer, supplier, and colleague interactions.
  • You are self-motivated, driven to succeed, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
