Our client is a FCA regulated foreign exchange and global payment solutions provider. This is a newly created role for an enthusiastic individual to join a fastest growing division within the firm.

Reporting into the Head of Client Solutions, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting in generating revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound leads, develop and maintain strong client relationships with key prospects
  • support the sales pipeline for an assigned geographic territory and ensures that all inbound inquiries and qualified leads are followed up with accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain meticulous records using the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Undertake key parts of the client onboarding and KYC process
  • Maintain an effective interaction and communication with stakeholders including risk, business development and other support functions regarding the client where required, and communicate as needed with external counterparties
  • Work closely with Marketing & Content team to create sales campaigns

Key Requirements:

  • More than one year of Inside Sales / Account Management experience within a fast-paced organisation, with demonstrated success at networking, setting appointments, and pipeline building
  • Knowledge and experience of International Payments, Mass Payments, Virtual IBANS, and deliverable foreign exchange desirable
  • A customer-centric mindset with a desire to go above and beyond your targets
  • Effective time management and organisation skills
  • A competitive spirit and a great team player
  • Strong resilience with the ability to overcome objections
  • A desire to learn and continue to develop
  • Strong organisational, Sales pipeline management and technical capability with proven ability to work effectively with internal business units, including marketing, compliance and operations.
  • Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office software: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel etc
