Injection Mould Setter

We are seeking a skilled Injection Mould Setter to join our clients new site based in Corby. As an integral part of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining injection mould machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up injection mould machines based on production requirements.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal production.
Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the injection moulding process.
Collaborate with production and quality control teams to meet and exceed production targets and quality standards.
Conduct routine maintenance on moulding machines to ensure reliability and longevity.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Injection Mould Setter.
Proficient in setting up and operating injection mould machines.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform routine maintenance.
Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control measures.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
