The Company

A Bristol based MSP that are looking to expand their team following a very successful 2023. They offer 24/7 Server, Support and Network services as well as consultancy. They work with suppliers such as Microsoft, HP and Cisco with the objective of providing state of the art managed IT services. Whilst they work with large clients, there is a family like atmosphere within the business. They offer opportunities for fully in office, and hybrid working.

The Role

In the role you'd be required to take on a wide range of responsibilities including basic IT support to company employees as well as delivering technical projects on time and in accordance to the service led agreement. This position also requires strong communication and an ability to multitask. This job provides the chance to enhance your leadership skills as the management team are big believers in personal development and there will be opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities

  • Help to build, maintain and configure internal networks
  • Support customers and resolve technical issues they may have
  • Maintain company IT infrastructure and ensure a high level of security
