Infrastructure Analyst

WFH policy- London 2/3 days per week

A global Law Firm in London are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to join their busy team.

You'll manage the firms network infrastructure and collaborate on key projects. Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, you'll ensure their systems run smoothly and securely, prioritising their users and clients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimise network infrastructure.
• Execute maintenance plans for security and software updates.
• Deploy and maintain security controls.
• Research and recommend network solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and manage changes.
• Keep updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Respond to emergencies and liaise with vendors.

Skills:

• Proficiency in DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, Cisco, M365, Azure, PowerShell, VMware, and Windows Server.
• Familiarity with backup solutions, storage systems, monitoring tools, and Linux OS (preferred).
