INFORMATION SECURITY CONSULTANT OPPORTUNITY WITH A LEADING GLOBAL SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PROVIDER IN MANCHESTER

• Salary between £70,000-£75,000 DOE + benefits
• Hybrid working - 3 days WFH, 2 days on site in Manchester

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an information security consultant to focusing on the technical side of IT Security for the organisation, working in a hybrid capacity with 2 days on-site per week from the city centre Manchester office.

INFORMATION SECURITY CONSULTANT ROLE:
The information security consultant will be testing the security of our client's applications and infrastructure, conducting manual security testing. You will be completing security vulnerability analysis and assessments, identifying and managing any security flaws within their software and infrastructure. You'll need a broad understanding of technology functions and how they relate to information security, and should have experience supporting application security teams by testing in-house developed applications running on test environments as well as a strong knowledge of hacking.
