Information Governance Advisor
We are seeking a dedicated Information Governance Advisor ready to contribute to our Public Sector department. This entry-level position requires a keen interest in data protection, information governance & GDPR matters and strong attention to detail.

Description
The Information Governance Advisor will:
- Provide advice and guidance on information governance matters.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to information governance.
- Support the team in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Support on DPIAs, DSARs, FOIs, RoPA and other areas of Information Governance.
- Contribute to the training of staff on information governance issues.
- Assist with the handling of information requests.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance information governance.
- Participate in relevant meetings and workshops.
Profile
A successful Information Governance Advisor should have:
- A solid educational background in Law, Information Management or a related field.
- An understanding of Information Governance & Data Protection and issues related to information governance in the public sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
