Recruitment Business Manager - Branch Manager - Gi Group Stockport

Salary up to £40k based on experience + Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a Recruitment Manager who possesses exceptional sales skills and a passion for leading by example. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of two recruiters while driving business growth and expansion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a proven track record in sales, and is eager to take on the challenge of leading and developing a high-performing team

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of two recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure individual and team success.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market presence, and increase revenue generation.
  • Utilise your strong sales ability to drive new business, negotiate contracts, and establish long-lasting partnerships with clients.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to achieve targets.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous learning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to promote the brand and enhance business opportunities


Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the recruitment industry
  • Strong track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Full UK drivers licence
