At CRA Consulting, we are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an Industrial Disease Locum Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a prestigious solicitors' firm in Macclesfield. This position is open for immediate start, specifically to provide cover for maternity leave until the close of this calendar year.
Role Overview:
The successful applicant will handle a varied caseload of industrial disease claims, offering expert legal advice and support to clients suffering from industrial conditions. This role demands a meticulous professional who will blend effortlessly into our team, upholding the high standard of service and client care that our firm is renowned for.
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficient management and progression of industrial disease claims.
* Provision of skilled legal consultation and representation to clients.
* Preparation and review of essential legal documents.
* Negotiation of settlements and effective liaison with all parties involved, including clients, medical experts, and opposing counsel.
* Maintenance of compliance with current laws and regulations pertaining to industrial disease law.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a current practicing certificate in the UK.
* Proven background in industrial disease law.
* Exceptional client service abilities, capable of managing sensitive issues.
* Strong communication skills and adept at handling complex legal cases.
* Able to operate both autonomously and as part of a team.
