JOB TITLE:       Industrial Disease Lawyer
EXPERIENCE:   3+

SALARY:          up to £45,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
An unmissable opportunity for an ambitious Lawyer to join a leading Industrial Disease department. The firm are experts in compensation claims and specialise in industrial disease to include, but not limited to, hearing loss and military hearing loss, asbestos claims and vibration white finger claims. In this role you will be expected to handle a caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated files. Aspects of the job include taking and drafting witness statements, obtaining and reviewing records, liability investigations and preparing for conferences and hearings. You will be joining a supportive environment and have s genuine opportunity to make an impact. This role is an excellent opportunity and will provide the successful Lawyer with the chance to gain valuable experience in this area of law.

THE CANDIDATE:
Our client is looking for an experienced fee earner who is keen to progress their career in a busy department. You will be highly personable and charismatic with previous experience in dealing with the full range of industrial disease matters and be able to run your caseload with minimal supervision. The successful lawyer will have good technical abilities as well as strong client communication to offer high quality service to client. As an experienced legal professional, you will be able to use your legal expertise to contribute to the firm’s continued success.
