JOB TITLE:       Industrial Disease Lawyer - Locum
EXPERIENCE:   3+
LOCATION:      Cheshire/ Hybrid
SALARY:          £40 per hour

The firm specialises in handling compensation claims, particularly focusing on industrial diseases such as hearing loss, including cases related to military service, as well as housing disrepair and protective awards.

•In this locum role you will be responsible for handling a caseload of industrial disease claims, ensuring that clients receive expert legal representation and guidance throughout the claims process.

•Applicants best suited for this role will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE with previous experience in dealing with the full range of industrial disease matters and experience with using proclaim case management systems.

•The successful lawyer will have good technical abilities as well as strong client communication to offer high quality service to client.
