Delighted to be working with a leading FMCG business as they grow their Procurement function. This is a greenfield project role leading Indirects across the organisation.

The Company:

Your Role:
The appointed Indirect Buyer will oversee all indirect procurement activities across materials and services.

These categories have had limited involvement from procurement in the past so you will have the opportunity to have significant impact on the business. Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to achieve objectives, from policy, strategy and process.

Your Salary & Working Setup: 60/40 Hybrid,
+ £50,000 to £65,000 pa depending on experience
+ 25 days plus bank holidays
+ 3/4 days on-site in Lincolnshire, remainder 1-2 days working from home

- Indirect procurement experience
- Energetic procurement professional who will focus their efforts on where they see the largest opportunity to drive value
- Self-started to go after all the untapped potential in the spend
