Due to growth, we are actively recruiting for an Independents Channel Manager who will lead the Independents customer channel and manage of team of field-based Account Managers. You’ll have ownership and accountability for the channel P&L, ensuring budgets are delivered and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Work closely with the Head of Wholesale to create and implement a sales strategy for the Independents Channel
  • People management of a team of Account Managers, ensuring they are supported and motivated to hit their personal targets and agreed customer plans
  • Be a point of escalation within the channel, oversee the commercial terms and business relationships with core accounts across the independent channel.
  • Responsible for the overall financials of the Independent ledger, seeking to maintain and improve margin where possible.
  • Act as an ambassador for Union, championing and representing their values in the trade.

About You:  

  • Experience within an OOH environment in an account management capacity
  • Previous man management and mentorship experience.
  • Proven track record of sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Likeminded individuals who want to share their love of coffee with the world
  • Purpose-driven professionals who care about quality of life, business, and coffee
  • Adaptable, experienced self-starters with drive and commitment
