Independent Financial Advisor

Position: Independent Financial Advisor (hybrid role)

Location: Epsom, Surrey

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years+ experience as an IFA
• Level 4 qualified
• Ideally hold CAS status
• Strong business development skills
• AF3 or AF8 qualification preferred
• Voyant experience ideal but not essential

Salary/package: £40-£60,000 plus a competitive bonus structure, clients and leads provided, full admin support.

An award-winning boutique IFA based in Epsom, Surrey is keen to hire a Independent Financial Advisor to join its expanding team. The firm, which has been a market leader in Epsom for over 2 decades, provides independent advice on pensions, retirement planning, investments, savings and a full range of financial planning solutions.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the MD, the Independent Financial Advisor will be mainly dealing with and meeting HNW clients from a well-serviced and loyal client bank, along with conducting regular client reviews. The Independent Financial Advisor will have full paraplanning and administration support as well as the ability to occasionally work from home as well as the office. Clients and leads with be provided, with the expectation the ideal candidate will also 'hunt' for new leads and clients.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants for the Independent Financial Advisor vacancy must have the following criteria:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Independent Financial Advisor
• Level 4 qualified, ideally hold CAS status
• Strong business development track record
• AF3 or AF8 preferred
• Voyant experience ideal but not essential
• Live in close proximity to Epsom

REMUNERATION / PACKAGE

• A base salary of between £40-£60,000
