Income Maximisation Officer

Harrow, Middlesex

£27,300 + Pension + Parking

If you have credit control experience and want a job with a difference then this role for an Income Maximisation Officer will be perfect for you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Delivering an efficient rent recovery service ensuring tenants can access help when needed

- Managing and taking ownership or the full rent recovery process and former tenant arrears

- Providing support to tenants by reviewing benefit entitlements and advising where possible

- Serving notices when necessary to seek possession of properties and attending court when needed

- Developing relationships with local authority benefits team and third - party agencies

- Ensuring vulnerable residents are sign posted to key agencies in order to receive extra support
