Inclusion Assistant required in Trafford

Full time Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Immediate Start, Permanent Role

£22,725 - £24,746 per annum

Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of students with additional learning needs? Do you thrive in a supportive and inclusive educational environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our reputable secondary school located in the Trafford area!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer personal care to a male student with additional learning needs
  • Provide effective pastoral and academic support for the student and the wider school community
  • Work collaboratively with the Hub team and support the student in both Hub sessions and mainstream lessons
  • Foster a nurturing and supportive environment for the student to thrive academically and socially

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
  • Calm, patient, and compassionate demeanor
  • Ability to build positive and trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers
  • Previous experience in a 1-2-1 support role (desirable but not essential)
