Inbound Sales Administrator

Our client, a long-established, specialist Training provider based in North London is seeking an Administrator to provide operational support to a busy, friendly team.

This is a varied role in a successful company, offering good long-term career prospects. Starting on a salary of £24,000 per annum the role is predominantly office based. Free parking is available.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of Training courses and events
• Answer enquiries relating to courses, content and pricing
• Assist with administration and organisation relating to a range of training courses 
• General maintenance of the database
• Over time develop a good understanding of the training courses provided

Desired skills & experience:

• Administration experience is essential
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook & the Internet
• Enjoy working in a busy environment as part of a team
