Inbound Customer Service Advisor
1st July - September/October
£13.15 per hour
Full time 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Docklands

Interviews/Assessment w/c 13th or 20th May

Randstad are working alongside a renowned university based in East London who are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join their team. Over the busy summer period they need capable and reliable people to join their Clearing and Enrolment teams, dealing with inbound calls and queries.

These roles will start in July and run through September/October depeding on call volumes.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and Respond to queries surrounding the enrolment or clearing process.
  • Successfully identify queries which need further support and transfer to the correct department or drop in sessions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to analyse issues
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Experience within customer service
