The Client:

A prominent establishment situated in the heart of London, renowned for hosting a multitude of events and welcoming millions of visitors annually. Their primary objective revolves around maximizing revenue for their Conference & Events division by efficiently handling online inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and generating leads for small to medium-sized opportunities.

The role:

  • Handle incoming online enquiries efficiently, facilitating site inspections.
  • Manage existing agency accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Drive new business opportunities through online offers and incentives.
  • Present the venue professionally through various communication channels.
  • Build strong relationships with venue finding teams and maintain data integrity.

Requirements:

  • Customer-focused with strong negotiation skills.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must have worked for an events venue with 2000+ capacity
  • Able to be in the office 4 days a week
