In House Wills & Trusts Lawyer Remote/Sheffield

My client is one of the largest names in the UK consumer market who, as part of its offering, has an excellent legal services branch. Due to a significant expansion of instructions and the need for qualified expertise, there are a number of supervisory level roles available.

This role is only suitable for qualified solicitors, chartered legal executives (CILEx) or candidates with STEP qualifications to work in a supervisory role!

This is a role that is designed to be done 100% remotely following a 2-week period of training at my client's offices (for which accomodation and travel costs would be covered). Alternatively, should candidates wish to attend my client's Sheffield office, then accommodation can be made for any such individuals. My client may also be prepared to look at any candidates who may be looking to work 3 days per week (22.5 hours per week). The successful candidate will be expected to work in a supervisory capacity overseeing wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney that are produced by the wider team. With this being an in-house role, there will be no client contact and no billing hours/targets. However, my client will expect the successful candidate to check at least 15 files per day and ultimately sign off on wills that are produced.Salary ranges are to be discussed directly in response to this posting. There will be opportunities to earn overtime in this role, which will be paid as per the contracted hourly rate of the successful candidate. For further information about this role, please contact Samuel Higgins at Hays Legal.
