In-House Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Essex - Hybrid
Our client is a large organisation in Essex, seeking an experienced Agency Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional for a 6 month (temporary) contract. This period may be extended and the role is hybrid with 2 or 3 days expected on-site.
This is a very busy and rewarding role with typical duties including:
- Hiring new employees
- Writing job descriptions
- Scheduling interviews
- Preparing job offer letters for successful candidates
- Capturing candidates' information on the computer database
- Performing background and reference checks on candidates
- Scheduling interviews
- Assisting candidates with onboarding training and documents
- Prior experience in high volume Agency Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, CVL, reed, Facebook, Instagram
- Excellent time management skills
