Our client is a large organisation in Essex, seeking an experienced Agency Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional for a 6 month (temporary) contract. This period may be extended and the role is hybrid with 2 or 3 days expected on-site.

This is a very busy and rewarding role with typical duties including:

  • Hiring new employees
  • Writing job descriptions
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Preparing job offer letters for successful candidates
  • Capturing candidates' information on the computer database
  • Performing background and reference checks on candidates
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Assisting candidates with onboarding training and documents
Talent Acquisition Coordinator Requirements:
  • Prior experience in high volume Agency Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
  • Excellent computer literacy skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, CVL, reed, Facebook, Instagram
  • Excellent time management skills
