In-house Employment Solicitor Remote

An excellent opportunity to lead a team of employment lawyers and paralegals supporting a well-known PLC organisation. You will have excellent employment law experience, particularly in tribunal litigation as well as people management experience. The role is fully remote and working in an in-house environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders in the business, making recommendations to reduce tribunal claims
• You will be a point of escalation for employment law enquires particularly around tribunals
• Lead, inspire and coach a talented team of lawyers and paralegals
• Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, particularly HR colleagues

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Employment law and litigation expert
• Proven people line management experience
