In-House Commercial Property Solicitor

Exciting opportunity to work as part of a team in an In-House setting.

My client is a law firm which has 1 client, this client is a asset management business (ABS) which handles over £1B worth of assets which includes retails, office and industrial/ logistics. The work will be all transactional and the successful candidate will either come from an In-House background working on Commercial landlord & tenant matters or someone in a private practice role working on a large high-quality caseload. The team is looking for someone around 5-6 years PQE, who could come in and hit the ground the running. The firm is a really friendly environment with a City Centre office.

This role does not involve any business development or billable hours and is far away from a conventional law firm and mirrors that more of an In-House set up.
