You'll be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their shipments are handled efficiently and accurately. With an online tracking system and supportive team, you'll have the tools to excel.

The Role:

• Manage customs brokerage, communication, and import operations daily.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth imports.
• Work Saturdays morning shift once a month
