Import Coordinator

Reed Procurement & Supply Chain are supporting an expanding Freight Forwarder in their search for an Import Logistics Executive, you will be joining the Import team in this thriving organisation.

To be successful in this Import Logistics Executive job, you will have a minimum of 3 years current experience in Ocean Import, FCL.

This is a very busy department; you must be a Team player and comfortable multitasking.  There is a lot of knowledge in the organisation due to the longevity of your future team members so you can expect full support as you develop and grow your knowledge.

Import Logistics Executive typical duties;

• Communicating with  various customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors such as shipping lines, hauliers, and depots.
• Raising internal files
• Raising Invoices
• Passing supplier invoices and querying where necessary
• Checking vessel arrivals
• Arranging collections and deliveries, making sure to meet customer deadlines.

What I need from you;

• Minimum 3 years current Ocean Import FCL experience
• High level of accuracy
• Strong clear and concise communication skills
