We are recruiting for a leading Freight forwarder based in the Chiswick area they are looking for a Project Co-Ordinator. This role is quite niche as it works in a team that is the interface between operational team and external customers multi-modal transport .

Daily Duties Will include:

  • Manage Import and Export bookings for Gauge cargo
  • Multi modal (Air / Sea / Road)
  • Monitor cost of Sales
  • Secure allocations and Operations
  • Create Reports of operations
  • Dealing with special projects for Cargo
  • Provide Track and trace info

Skills Required:

  • 2+ years experience in Freight Forwarding
  • Project oil and gas knowledge
  • Experience within Cargo and freight
  • Intermediate Excel experience

Working Monday to Friday 9.00-17.30pm
