Implementation Consultant

Implementation Consultant - Fully Remote - Up to £60,000 per annum

The Role:

I'm helping a growing SaaS business hire for a critical hire in the form of an Implementation Consultant. This is an amazing opportunity for someone with 3-4 years of experience to join a business who put learning, growth (and fun) at the heart of everything they do!

As the Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for liaising directly with clients to ensure smooth sailing product implementation. You'll be involved in gathering requirements, working with cross-functional teams, and running technical workshops… ultimately you'll be creating impactful solutions for a number of national and multi-national clients.

The person:

• 3+ years experience in an Implementation Consultant, or similar, role
• Experience working with SaaS products
• Proven customer facing success
• Strong knowledge of technical platforms and an understanding of API's
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
