We're excited to introduce an outstanding opportunity within our organisation as an Implementation Administrator!

In this role, you'll be carefully reviewing and organising customer data to make sure our account setups run smoothly. You'll work closely with our Finance team and the Implementation Co-Ordinator to make sure new clients have a seamless onboarding experience. Additionally, you'll oversee system changes made by various departments to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Salary- Up to £24,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.

About you

  • You're skilled in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s, and having experience with macros is a plus.
  • You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • You show confidence in stakeholder management and communication across various business units, both written and verbally.
  • You excel in a customer-focused environment and stay accurate even under pressure.
  • Your gap analysis skills allow you to identify and address discrepancies with ease.
  • You approach tasks with a methodical, logical, and analytical mindset.
  • Knowledge of the industry, like Fleet, Leasing, or Insurance, is desirable.
