Immigration Solicitor - Central Manchester

Our client, a city centre firm with a range of personal and business services in civil litigation, financial service, property and immigration, is looking for an experienced Immigration Solicitor to further cement the growth of their corporate and domestic Immigration Services. This position is a senior role, so you will need to have a minimum of 3 years + PQE and the ambition to have your own team.

Experience in the full remit of immigration law and excellent exposure to both personal and corporate immigration including investor visa, innovator, start-up, global talent, sponsor licence for employer and preparation/training for compliance and audits, skilled worker and sole representative visas.

About you

• You will need to be experienced in advising and assisting clients on all aspects of private immigration, including entry clearance, leave to remain, indefinite leave to remain and British citizenship applications.
• A minimum of 3 years + PQE
