Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload independently, ensuring all deadlines and client expectations are met.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, applications, and appeals for submission.
• Stay updated with changes in immigration laws and policies.
• Represent clients at immigration hearings, tribunals, and court proceedings.
• Build strong client relationships and provide tailored legal advice.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with significant post-qualification experience in immigration law.
• Strong understanding of UK immigration laws and procedures.
• Proven track record in handling diverse immigration caseloads.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
