We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join a team as an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) Support Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting their Independent Financial Advisors in delivering exceptional financial services to their clients.

Salary up to £32,000

The career progression will see you take on more complex processes in clouding Paraplanning duties leading to Advising.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Services:

Assist in the preparation and processing of client documentation.

Handle client inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

Administrative Support:

Support IFAs in the preparation of financial plans and reports.

Coordinate and schedule client meetings and appointments.

Manage administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the IFA's workflow.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Assist in the preparation of compliance documentation.

To be considered:

Previous experience in a financial services or advisory role is preferred.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and financial planning software.
