Our Clients, Wealth Managers based in Buckinghamshire, in beautiful surroundings, provide friendly and highly professional financial advice to HNW Private Clients and business in the local area. Areas of advice are retirement planning, investment and saving advice, pensions, inheritance tax, estate planning, mortgages, equity release or employee benefits.

They require additional support in the Capacity of IFA Client Support Administrator

  • New business submission and tracking to conclusion
  • Day to day client management, processing any queries which may arise
  • Processing investment trades, fund switches, and contribution/income requests
  • Liaising with clients, product providers, and other relevant third parties
  • Ensure the back office systems (intelligent Office and Volume) are kept up to date
  • Issue letters of authority, chase for policy information, build schedules, and add existing policies to the back office systems
  • Processing Adviser income via Intelligent Office
  • Obtaining illustrations and supporting literature
  • Supporting the Advisers in research and analysis to meet the Client needs and objectives
  • Be conversant with, and adhere to, Company procedures and policies and the requirements of the FCA. To implement and maintain procedures in accordance with FCA regulations.

Benefits

Salary dependent on experience approx. £30,000 - £32,000

25 days holiday per annum plus banks
