IFA Administrator salary is up to £38,000 D.O.E

Join a successful family-run business of professional Chartered Financial Planners. As a thriving enterprise, they prioritise creating a positive impact in their clients' lives. Now, they are on the lookout for a new key member to enhance our small, friendly team.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the welcoming face and voice as the first point of contact for callers & visitors to our office.
  • Pre-qualify prospects & tailor our services to their needs.
  • Organize meetings for our Directors/Advisers, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Welcome & onboard new clients, making them feel valued from day one.
  • Manage the delivery of our ongoing client review program, ensuring their needs are met consistently.
  • Set up and execute tasks & workflow steps using our CRM system.
  • Handle online transactions efficiently, including setting up new products, fund switches, and more.
  • Maintain meticulous, compliant data to uphold our standards of excellence.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

What You'll Bring:

  • Superb communication skills, offering first-class client service levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with Cashcalc & Transact online platforms.
