NJR Recruitment are delighted to once again be working with a well established firm of independent financial planners who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join their growing team.
Providing ongoing support to a small team of Financial Advisers this role will include:
Liaising with clients, providers and other 3rd parties
Dealing with the incoming and outgoing post
Processing new applications
Sending LOA information requests and logging these on the back-office system
Preparing meeting packs
Obtaining valuations and illustrations
General office administration

What we need from you?
Previous experience working in a similar role within financial services is essential
Experience in submitting new business/applications on provider sites
Excellent communication skills
Good telephone manner
Friendly and personable
Strong computer skills and those with Intelligent office experience would be of most interest
