Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join a successful financial planning firm in North London.
This company has well over 20 years offering tailored wealth management planning to their clients across the South East and are partnered with a larger Investment firm to offer the best solutions. As the business continues to expand and grow, they are looking to bring on an IFA Administrator to join their back office team, where you will collaborate closely to support the Advisers.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Manage client correspondence, including emails and telephone enquiries
- Process new business, including client packs and on-boarding
- Database management
- Producing client valuations and liaising with providers
- General administration duties
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of up to £40,000 (negotiable for right candidate)
- 1 day working from home a week

Skills and experience required:
- Experience working in an IFA/Wealth Management firm
- Strong Administration experience
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
