We are looking for a Financial Planning Administrators to join a wealth firm based in the central London.

Ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in financial planning or wealth, supporting advisers in day to day work.

Hybrid position paying up to £35,000.00, full study support via CII provided

Duties include:

  • Client meeting preparation including issuing letters of authority and collating information for Financial Planners.
  • Preparing valuations and mailings.
  • Assist in product research and information gathering.
  • Obtaining illustrations from product providers.
  • Processing new business applications, checking all compliance aspects and chasing them through to completion.
  • Dealing with existing business queries.
  • Producing client review packs for Financial Planners.

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
